Matlab with using Filters (Bandpass etc.) to obtoain story displacements, signal processing issue

I'm looking to hire a freelancer to help me with a project utilizing MATLAB. Specifically, I need high level programming to use filters - primarily bandpass and related types - to obtain story displacements and solve some signal processing issues. I'm aware of how to use the filters, so I need the freelancer’s assistance specifically with using them in this context.

Additionally, I need help plotting data once the signals are retrieved from sensors. I'll need assistance with manipulating the data as necessary to facilitate effective plotting as well. It is important to me that the work is done accurately and efficiently, so it's important that the freelancer will be able to match this criteria.
