Master Electrician
Budget: $200 – $400 USD
I am looking for a Master Electrician to assist with an upcoming construction project defense for our client, the electrical subcontractor. The construction project was a large commercial project. Specifically, we need someone to provide support in determining whether the electrical subcontractor met or failed to meet good and accepted standards in warning the general contractor of a potential hazard about two weeks before that warning proved well-founded, and another subcontractor employee was shocked by a live wire. The Master Electrician will be expected to understand electrical wiring, including subterranean electrical wiring, and the respective roles of general contractor and subcontractor, on a commercial construction project. Additionally, the Master Electrician will be expected to understand which codes are applicable to the work performed by the electrical subcontractor, whether the subcontractor was compliant with the code, and whether the electrical subcontractor maintained and followed appropriate safety standards. They will have the responsibility of managing a timeline as well as work within budgets and deadlines.
The Master Electrician should also be able to effectively study records obtained in the course of litigation, communicate with the retaining lawyer, properly assess needs, and explain his analysis and work.
We need the Master Electrician to start within the next 4 weeks, and the job duration is flexible. If you think you have the necessary skills and experience for this project, please reach out to us!
