Make a video to show fluctuation of phase shifting in an Alternating Current Circuit

You need to be mathematically skilled as well as knowing how to make a video.

I would like to show the difference in your electric bill where you pay for Apparent Power (S) which is a function of Active Power (P) and Reactive Power (Q), so the function is S^2=P^2 + Q^2 or then S=SQRT(P^2+Q^2)

It needs to show how the electric current normally has its fluctuating voltage U (in Volt) and current I (in Ampere) oscillating in a perfect Sine-wave when you ONLY have pure resistive load (e.g. heating) but how there is a phase shift oscillating between 0-45 degrees when you have inductive loads (e.g. motors, welding, compressors, transformers etc).

Since the phase shifting will be going between 0 and 45 degrees the whole time, I want to show how the electric bill is normally averaging to about the 22,5 degrees in the middle.

I don't want to show how it works, but to make any NON-Engineer understand how it actually means you're paying for a lot that's not in use (the reactivfe power Q) that only flows back and forth.
