Machine Panel Schematics Package

I’m putting together a new set of industrial control panels /Automation panels with HMI, PLC, Drives etc., Single phase Thyristor & 3 phase Inverter power panels and need a complete schematic package that I can hand straight to fabrication and installation. The drawings must show every circuit breaker, control relay, and motor starter etc in context, then tie them together with clear point-to-point wiring information, a clean component layout, plus the machine wiring harness and its routing between panel and field devices.

Here’s what I expect:

• Wiring diagram that details every conductor, wire number, and termination
• Scaled component/layout drawing including HMI, PLC, Drives so the shop can drill, punch, and label accurately
• Harness routing overview that shows bundle paths, gland plate locations, and any required bend radius notes

Native files from AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or SolidWorks Electrical are all fine, as long as the exported PDFs remain print-ready at A3 / 11×17. Use standard IEC or ANSI symbols—just stick to one family consistently. All device tags, wire numbers, and spare terminals must be listed in an automatic BOM or panel report.
