Looking for Variable DC Voltage and Current Output based AC DC SMPS through POT CC & CV mode
Budget: ₹90,000 – ₹120,000 INR
I am looking for a freelancer who can design and build a Variable DC Voltage and Current Output based AC DC SMPS through POT CC & CV mode. The input will be 230V, 50Hz AC supply. there will be two different 10K POT to adjust output voltage 0-60V and current 0-100A independently.
The project requires the following:
Desired Output Voltage Range:
- The desired range of output voltage should be 0-60V.
Desired Output Current Range:
- The desired range of output current should be 0-100A.
Required Power Rating:
- The SMPS should have a power rating of 6000W.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience in designing of Embedded system and power electronics and building AC DC SMPS systems.
- Proficiency in working with POT controlled constant current (CC) & Constant voltage (CV) output mode through manual POT adjustment.
- Ability to handle high voltage and current requirements.
- Familiarity with power electronics and circuit design.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure safety measures are implemented.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- The design, prototype with source design files (Altium) included schematic, BOM, PCB design files need to handover to us. The hardware one set also to be made.
