Looking for Professionals Experienced in Synopsys Sentaurus TCAD (CMOS Inverter Simulation)
⸻
I am looking for professionals who have hands-on experience using Synopsys Sentaurus TCAD for semiconductor device simulations, specifically CMOS inverter (NMOS/PMOS) structures.
This post is intended to identify individuals who are familiar with device-level TCAD simulations using Sentaurus, including transient analysis and time-domain behavior of semiconductor devices.
Typical areas of experience of interest include:
• Synopsys Sentaurus TCAD (Sentaurus Device / SDevice, Sentaurus Workbench)
• Semiconductor device modeling and physics-based TCAD simulations
• CMOS inverter and MOSFET device simulations (NMOS & PMOS)
• TCAD-based I–V characteristics (ID–VG, ID–VD)
• Transient and time-domain simulations at the device level
• Analysis of power consumption, including leakage, subthreshold behavior, and dynamic power
• Understanding of switching behavior, propagation delay, and timing characteristics

If you have previously worked on TCAD inverter simulations or similar semiconductor device projects using Sentaurus, you are welcome to share a brief overview of your relevant experience.
Thank you.
