Looking for Electrical engineer / Ph,D for signal preprocessing , classification (deeplearning) -- 3

I am looking for an electrical engineer or someone with a Ph.D. in signal processing and classification, specifically in the field of deep learning.

Skills and experience required:
- Strong background in electrical engineering and signal processing
- Expertise in deep learning techniques, particularly in signal preprocessing and classification
- Familiarity with filtering, normalization, and feature extraction techniques
- Experience with Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) for classification tasks
- Ability to work with large datasets for training and testing purposes

The project involves signal preprocessing and classification using deep learning techniques. The specific signal preprocessing techniques required include filtering, normalization, and feature extraction. The dataset for training and testing is available. The preferred classification method for this project is the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), LSTM network but the client is open to suggestions.
