Licensed Arizona Electrical Engineer needed to design off-grid solar

We have researched solar panels, batteries, inverters, and other components for a DIY off-grid solar installation for our home in northern arizona. For permitting, the county requires that the system be designed by a licensed Ariozna Electrical Engineer. We need an engineer to do this design for us.
