Layout and electrical drawing

We are looking for someone who can make two schemes as follows:
Layout Drawings: The Purchaser has provided architectural floor plans in Annex IV. Bidders submitting bids for these labs/workshops should also provide a schematic layout of the equipment and indicate locations of key utilities/services to ensure safe operation.
(i) Drawings for the following lab/workshops are required together with the bids.
(ii)
MSH: Machine Shop
WDM: Welding and Metal Fabrication Workshop

Bidders submitting bids for these labs/workshops should also provide Electrical distribution boards with all its accessories such as breakers, sockets and cables …etc. compatible with the goods to be supplied. Therefore, a document with its proposed prices should be provided.
