LTSPICE_SImulation

Job ID: 33033103

Budget: ₹2,000 – ₹2,500 INR

design, simulate, build and test a two-stage “mini” op amp. We start with one
of the most important amplifier configurations, the differential pair, used for the input stage. Explore the differential amplifier characteristics of gain and impedance in both differential and
common mode, and the common mode rejection ratio (CMRR), then add current source biasing
and an active load. You will then add an output stage to make the two-stage op amp. The final step will be to add an improvement of your choice.
For maximum CMRR, the differential pair transistors should be as identical as possible. Instead of
discrete transistors, we will use the MPQ3904 array, which has four npn transistors on one
chip. Later, for the active load you will also need two matched pnp transistors.
Will provide required model files. To be done in LTSpice and will also need calculations to be done as per requirement.
