Klayout mask design and report

Hello, I'm looking to hire a freelancer to create a Klayout mask design project. My project requires the use of Klayout and python, and the output should consist of a GDS file and final report in powerpoint style. I probably also need you to write an conference style paper about the design but it will be optional.
