Inverter for Synchronous Motor with FOC and SVM
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Need a Power Elestronics Engineer/Mechatronics Enginer/Electronic Engineer to design a liquid cooled three phase inverter to control a Synchronous Reluctance Motor with regenaritve braking. The control mode must be Field Oriented Control/Space Vector Modulation as to be able to use full DC bus voltage for the AC sinewave peak and MUST be able to run in SENSORLESS mode EFFICIENTLY.
DC bus is 336V, AC voltage is exected to be 235V and the maximum phase current is 600A, which should be divided among 3 to 6 TO247 or TO264 IGBTs in parallel for each side of each phase (2x that per phase, times 3).
Maximum BOM cost should be less than 200$.
