Industrial MEP Electrical Renovation Engineer Needed
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am renovating and upgrading an industrial facility and need an MEP electrical specialist to lead the electrical portion from concept through close-out. The job starts with a thorough assessment of the existing power distribution, lighting, and control systems, followed by a full redesign that brings the plant up to current codes and improves energy efficiency.
You will develop stamped drawings, load calculations, panel schedules, single-line diagrams, and a coordinated BIM/AutoCAD model that ties seamlessly into the mechanical and plumbing updates. During construction I’ll rely on you for submittal reviews, RFI responses, and periodic site inspections to confirm that the installation matches the design intent. Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and either ETAP or SKM for short-circuit and coordination studies is expected, along with familiarity with NEC, NFPA-70E, and local authority requirements.
Deliverables
• Existing-conditions report with photos and load summary
• Complete IFC drawing set (DWG + PDF) and calculation package
• Bill of materials and equipment specifications
• Construction phase support documents (submittal log, inspection punchlists, final sign-off letter)
