IEC61850 SCL & Docs Development
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
I need an engineer who already works comfortably with the MZ Automation (openIEC61850) library to build a complete, Edition 2.1–compliant SCL file for one of our Smart Grid systems. All logical nodes to be modelled are spelled out in my internal specification document, so you will not have to guess any class names or data objects; just implement exactly what is listed.
Alongside the SCL you will prepare the full set of IEC 61850 conformance paperwork:
• PICS
• PIXIT
• TICS
• MICS
I will validate the work by importing the file into our reference IED, running a round-trip engineering test and checking the statement documents for consistency. If you are confident working with Edition 2.1 semantics and can turn around a well-structured package quickly, I look forward to collaborating.
