The primary aim of this study is to quantify how much renewable energy is currently discharged and spilled from the battery using MATLAB that could be re-directed and used for on-campus hydrogen production at Keele University.
Objectives:
O1: To determine how much excess renewable energy is available for on-campus hydrogen production.
O2: To explore the role of weather data prediction on site in improving the efficiency of green hydrogen production.
O4: To investigate the potential for scaling up hydrogen production from renewable energy on campus to meet local energy demand.
