Homer Pro Micro Grid for a Feed Barge
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am seeking a freelancer to develop a Homer Pro Micro Grid for a Feed Barge. The power capacity of the microgrid should be 1 MW. I'm considering two scenarios to reduce carbon emissions:
1- Integrating solar panels (approximately 30 kW to 50 kW), a small wind turbine (around 10 kW), and a battery system to enhance sustainability and minimize carbon footprint.
2- Replacing the existing gensets with hydrogen tanks, fuel cells, and a larger battery system to further reduce emissions.
The expected lifespan of the microgrid system should be more than 20 years. A successful contractor should possess the technical know-how to create a functional system that meets my requirements.
