Home 240V outlet required in my garage

Hello, we need a 240V outlet to be installed in the garage so that we can plug in a level 2 electric vehicle charger. Our electrical box is 200 Amps with six available slots. The basement is unfinished and it's about 35 feet from the box to the garage wall, which is attached to the house. The make of the panel is Siemens EQ Loadcentre.
