Home boiler, radiator heating system design

I'm looking for an experienced professional to design a home heating system for a space of over 2000 sq ft. I currently have a gas boiler and radiator which does not require maintenance but could be upgraded. The project would involve designing the system and specifying components to ensure it is correctly and safely installed. The ideal candidate would have experience with various types of heating systems and be familiar with the local building code requirements. A good working knowledge of HVAC design software is a plus. This project would require the successful freelancer to provide an estimate of the costs associated with each component of the design.
