Hiring SPAD/Pixel Design Full/Part-time Consultant
Budget: $60 – $120 USD
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Scientist or Engineer with expertise in SPAD (Single-Photon Avalanche Diode) Pixel Design to join. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of cutting-edge SPAD pixels and related ASIC chips for a variety of applications.
Hiring regions: Global
Working hours: 9:00-12:00 am, 13:30-18:00 pm, Monday to Friday, Beijing time. Open to adjusting for candidates in different time zone.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop the TCAD simulation device models to guide the design of SPAD pixels.
2. Lead the design, fabrication, and characterization of SPAD pixels for high performance and various requirements.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and externals, including chip designers, process engineers, system engineers, foundries, and technicians to achieve project goals.
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SPAD pixel design and related fields as well as advanced characterization tools, termly report the technology review.
Requirements:
1. Master or Ph.D. in Physics, Microelectronics, Materials Science, or a related field with a focus on SPAD pixel design.
2. Extensive experience in the design, fabrication, and characterization of SPAD pixels.
3. Strong analytical and simulation skills and a deep understanding of the underlying physics and materials science of SPAD pixels.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
