High-Speed Military Erkanoplan Design

I am seeking a knowledgeable freelancer who can design an erkanoplan intended for military operations, with an emphasis on high speed capabilities. Here is what the project demands:

- Purpose: The erkanoplan will be utilized for military operations, so it must be sturdy, dynamic, and high-performing under pressure.
- Features: It should be designed to achieve and maintain high speeds, setting it apart from conventional sea or air vessels. Knowledge of advanced aero or hydrodynamics is necessary.
- Environment: The design needs to be adaptable for operations primarily within inland waterways. Expertise in designing nautical vessels for such environments is preferred.

Ideal candidates will possess experience or understanding of military-grade vehicle design. Specifically, skills in aerospace engineering, marine engineering or military technology would be most welcomed.
