Help installing neon processing plant. Involves using 20kv transformer, with choke or variac for fine control of output.

I need a circuit diagram made for the installation of a 10 or 20kV transformer, it has 2 windings. Selection of two pole switch for 10 or 20k, plus relays for powering on the transformer. And controlling the transformer output, either through a choke or variac. And installation of a milliamp meter.

I've attached picture of transformers.

My intention was to get a diagram done, so a normal spark could install. However if your local to dumfries and Galloway in Scotland, I'd probably rather the real professional do the installation!

First time writing one of these, if I've missed something glaring please ask.
