I need a skilled engineer or fabricator to design a robust electric motor-operated platform lift.
Requirements:
- Dimensions: 5' x 12'
- Load Capacity: Up to 1000 lbs
- Elevation: 17'' - 3" between 1st & 2nd floors
Materials:
- Platform should be made of aluminum for strength and weight considerations, fixed structure for rail or pully support at upper floor can be steel.
Safety Features:
- Must include safety rails, an emergency stop button and controls at each floor, a weight overload indicator, and a stop switch at floors to prevent over run.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with electric motor-driven mechanisms
- Knowledge of safety standards and incorporation of safety features in lift systems
