HVAC design

I'm looking for someone to design an HVAC system for a medium-sized space (1000-3000 square feet). This will be a residential system, and I'd like the freelancer to select the design and brand preferences. The successful bidder should have experience in designing HVAC systems, and know the necessary procedures and specifications pertaining to both residential and medium-sized projects. They should possess knowledge about different HVAC designs and understand how to select the best options for specific spaces. The freelancer should also show technical expertise and be able to provide recommendations for use of energy efficient equipment. The submitted design must meet all required building codes and safety standards.
