I am in need of a High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) unit that will primarily focus on the analysis of food and beverage samples.
Essential oils and alcohol (ethanol) and ethyl acetate extracts of plant materials (flower, root, leaves, etc).
I am in need of a custom built unit. Compact and easy in use. (user friendly).
The ideal freelancer for this job will have expertise in the following areas:
- Proven experience with HPLC units and their calibration for food and beverage analysis
- Strong understanding of nutritional analysis
- Knowledge in quality control processes for food and beverages
The specific functionalities that I need from the HPLC unit are:
