HMI and PLC (Ladder Logic) Programming - Project 1 of 2
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
This is PLC and HMI work.
A relatively small Ladder Logic program is required, preferably with the accompanying HMI touchscreen program albeit not necessary (as I may have time to do the HMI myself if need be).
It is preferred that the platform be Koyo (Automation Direct), but Schneider Electric, Siemens and Allen-Bradley will also be considered, in diminishing order of preference.
The control narrative is attached.
I will also provide to the freelancer:
▪ Control Narrative
▪ I/O list and,
▪ Operations Sequence Chart.
Remuneration:
▪ Please estimate a total job cost.
▪ Project change-orders will be billed by the Freelancer on an hourly basis, so please also provide your hourly rate.
Timeframe:
▪ 3 weeks to complete
▪ I will perform commissioning and testing in the field; please allocate about 5 hours of work afterwards for change orders due to site conditions.
▪ After this job is complete, a second job will be available if the work is satisfactory.

3 analog outputs
6 analog inputs
22 digital inputs
7 digital outputs
25+ alarm email notifications
25+ setpoints
