Grid Reliability Advisor Needed

Job ID: 39852665

Budget: $50 – $0 USD

I’m building a startup that helps data centers and miners preempt power grid instability. We're looking for an advisor who knows how the sausage is made - from substations to SCADA to grid stress.

Here’s what I’m asking of you:
• Join two to four 45-minute calls each month, diving into live questions on grid reliability and troubleshooting.
• Pressure-test our ideas on grid stability, especially the edge cases that erode efficiency long before an outright outage.
• Point us to the protection schemes, SCADA quirks, and control-room practices that matter most so we can design around them.

If you’ve carried a pager for a control center, commissioned relays in a substation, or steadied frequency during a storm, you’ll fit right in. Familiarity with regional differences across multiple ISO/RTO footprints is a major plus.

Compensation is flexible: a light monthly stipend or meaningful equity, whichever matches your appetite for risk and upside.

I‘m eager to team up with someone who can guide us toward a cleaner, more efficient system. Let’s talk.
