Gate Driving Circuit Design using Gate Driver IC chip and with using NMOS
Project Overview:
I am seeking a skilled and experienced professional to design and develop a gate driving circuit for my specific requirements. The gate driving circuit will be used in a charging and discharging of a fuel cell.
Voltage Level:
The required voltage level is the NMOS should withstand upto 480V.
Current Requirement:
The maximum current requirement for the gate driving circuit is 9A at the output. (like a resistor is connected to mosfet, if you calculate current at the resistor it should be 9A).
Switching Frequency:
The desired switching frequency for the gate driving circuit is 50kHz.
Skills and Experience:
To successfully complete this project, the ideal freelancer should have:
- Proficiency in gate driving circuit design and development
- Strong knowledge of voltage level requirements and current limitations
- Expertise in selecting appropriate components and designing for specific switching frequencies
- Familiarity with LTSpice

The design is consists of Gate Drving IC with bootstrap (with half bridge driver) and connection of nmos.
NMOS source terminal should not be ground but to capacitor.
