Gate Circuit
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
The scope of this project is to design a gate circuit using transistors.
Refer to attached example signal.
The raspberry pi sends an input signal to the gate circuit. Another input from the raspberry pi called GPIO controls the gate circuit with 3.3 volts. When the GPIO signal is HIGH, it will open the gate and allow a 3.3V square signal to pass to the output (input signal.csv). When the GPIO signal is LOW, it will shut the gate circuit and output will be 0V.
Circuit must be tested in LTSpice using the attached 'Input Signal.csv' for the input signal, and using the attached 'GPIO PWL Input.xlsx' as the GPIO signal. The end of job will be complete when you send a satisfactory and working LTSpice model to me. Simulation can be terminated at 3 ms stop time.
You can utilize 3.3V power to the circuit if required.
