I need two different designs of frequency reconfigurable SIW antenna and its simulations on HFSS. One design will be rectangular SIW antenna and other will be of Quarter Mode Rectangular SIW antenna. Antennas will reconfigure between 3 different bands that I will provide. Design should be novel and antennas will be made to reconfigure using different slots in structure and PIN diodes. An optimal DC circuit will also be designed to control diodes which should provide good isolation between RF signal and DC signal. Microstrip to SIW transitions will also be used while exciting antennas. Antennas should provide good S11 parameter and gain in all desired bands. You have to provide me formulas that will be used to calculate different parameters of antennas like lengths and widths etc, design and simulations in HFSS using PIN diode which will be modeled using ANSYS circuits and will be used in HFSS, equivalent circuit model of antennas, details and theory of modes being excited for all three modes for three different frequency reconfigurations by looking at field patterns. I am attaching some sample designs here.
