Flyback Converter Design for Efficiency Optimization

I'm seeking an engineer to design a Flyback converter optimized for efficiency. The converter will need to operate at a frequency of 1 kHz in DCM. Key specifications include:
- Transformer: Primary 12µH, Secondary 12µH or less
- Input: 12-36V
- Output: 36V, 2A or flexible
The ideal candidate should have experience in power electronics, specifically with Flyback converters, and a proven track record of designing efficient systems. The target efficiency for this project is above 85%.
As this will be a passive cooling system, knowledge about thermal management in power converters is a plus. The ability to deliver a compact design while meeting efficiency goals will be key to success in this project.
