Flat Conversion MEP Drawings

I need detailed mechanical and electrical drawings for a flat conversion project. The drawings must include:

Mechanical Systems:
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- Fire protection

Electrical Systems:
- Lighting
- Power outlets
- Fire alarm system

The design must meet all current UK building regulations.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in creating MEP drawings
- Experience with flat conversions
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
- Preference for a qualified M&E engineer to undertake the design work.
- Preference for a UK-based designer with strong understanding of UK building regulations.
