Fixing new ceiling lights with wiring.

I want to fix 4 ceiling fans in 4 rooms. Right now ceiling lights are in the middle of each room and these positions will be taken over by the ceiling fans without lights. That means the lights need new positions and new wiring maybe from power sockets.
