Fix My Radiomaster Boxer Error - screenshare needed

My VTOL build is stuck on the ground: My Radiomaster Boxer refuses to saver switch settings configs after writing to sd card. Had to replace the rtc battery which I think caused everything to corrupt and I haven't been able to get it back. RC was working fine until then, last week. Need someone with extensive experience with Radiomaster, and edgetx programming. Logical Functions and other global settings pages are missing from my radio settings and every time I select them the settings aren't globally populated. Also need help constructing basic arming logic, yaml files using a two stage arming switch with SA and SE with a Thr < -98 conditional gate.
• review the existing YAML/param file for obvious conflicts or missing fields that would block arming
• guide me through any radio calibration or RC-map corrections necessary to satisfy the safety checks
• suggest and, if needed, test-fly (in SITL) revised parameters so the aircraft arms cleanly and lifts off under STABILIZE and QLOITER
- Freelancer needs to have strong internet connection with willingness to work via screenshare/teamviewer
