I am looking for a freelancer who can develop a fault tolerant strategy using the neutral-shift method for a three-phase seven-level CHB multilevel inverter. The desired fault tolerance level for this project is medium.

Testing the fault tolerance will be done through simulation. Therefore, the freelancer should be proficient in conducting simulations and analyzing the results.

For this project, the freelancer will be required to use Plecs, a specific tool for simulating power electronic systems. Familiarity with Plecs is essential.

The ideal freelancer for this project should have the following skills and experience:
