Fast-Charge Lithium Battery Prototype
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I need a complete, fast-charging lithium battery pack engineered for industrial equipment, rated somewhere in the 1–5 kWh window. I will fund materials and open access to my local testing facilities, but I’m counting on you to drive the R&D: choose the right cell chemistry, map out the electrical architecture, and craft a robust thermal strategy that keeps the pack safe during rapid charge cycles.
Key points you’ll tackle
• Select commercially available cells and supporting components, then present a clear bill-of-materials with sourcing notes.
• Suggest the BMS, protection circuitry, and high-rate charging interface.
• Model and build a scalable cooling system—air, liquid, or an alternative you justify with data.
• Assemble and demonstrate a working prototype in your own lab (basic electrical test gear and assembly space are a must).
• Deliver schematics, CAD/thermal models, and performance test logs so we can refine the pack for production.
Additional advantage: Need to research if the technology offered is revolutionary, non redundant, nobody is using in market, USP should be established.
I’m keen to move quickly, so efficient iteration and regular progress calls are expected. Show me previous lithium-pack work—especially anything involving tight thermal management or rapid charging—and let’s get started.
