Face recognition system

Design a Face recognition system using Matlab. by using a database, the system should detect and recognize the face. Don't use Matlab shortcuts such as Vision cascade. I want the code from scratch by binarizing the image and resizing it, using some detection techniques like eigenvalue or vectors, Feature-based, and KNN. the output should be shown as an individual page. Write comments to explain every step. discuss with me for extra details
