Experienced Senior VLSI Backend Engineer Needed

I'm looking for an experienced Senior VLSI Backend Engineer to join our team. You’ll need to have extensive experience with RTL Design and Coding, and a strong handle on Logic Synthesis and Optimization, as well as Physical Design and Floorplanning.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a VLSI Backend Engineer
- Strong knowledge in scripting using TCL and Python
- Hands-on experience with full RTL to GDS-II flow for complex designs
- In-depth knowledge of Synthesis, P&R, and STA flows
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a leading institute
