Experienced US MEP Engineer Needed

I’m managing a steady stream of residential and commercial projects around the United States and need an MEP engineer I can call on by the hour. You’ll touch every discipline—mechanical, electrical, and plumbing—so five-plus years of proven, code-compliant experience in the U.S. market is a must.

Typical assignments include design and drafting in AutoCAD or Revit, load and energy calculations, equipment selection, and preparing complete, permit-ready construction documents. You’ll also run system analyses to optimize performance and write the compliance narratives reviewers want to see. When jurisdictions kick back comments, I expect your help addressing them quickly so permits stay on schedule.

Clear communication, reasonable turnaround times, and meticulous layering and annotation are critical; stamped drawings aren’t required on every job, but the work should always meet IBC, IMC, NEC, IPC, IECC, and ASHRAE standards. We’ll collaborate through shared cloud folders, and I’ll track hours weekly.
