RF Engineer for 5G Private Network

I'm seeking an expert RF engineer with proficiency in iBwave ( or similar tools) for a comprehensive RF propagation simulation project. The simulations will need to cover both indoor (floor plans) and outdoor (terrain) environments.
The RF engineer must have its own tools
