Engineer Needed for Filament Failure Instrument
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Seeking Engineer to Develop an Instrument for Inducing Filament Failure ?
? Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented mechanical or electrical engineer to design and develop an innovative instrument that can intentionally induce filament failure for testing and quality control purposes.
The goal is to create a precise, reliable, and controllable system that can simulate filament failures such as breakage, melting, tangling, or degradation in materials and other polymers.
? What We Need:
✔ Expertise in:
Mechanical or electrical engineering, or materials science
Understanding of filament materials and failure characteristics
Designing mechanical or electronic failure-inducing mechanisms (e.g., cutters, heaters, tensioners)
Prototyping & testing mechanical/electronic devices
✔ Your Responsibilities:
✅ Propose an effective method to induce filament failure
✅ Design & build a prototype for testing failure mechanisms
✅ Develop one complete instrument that meets our requirements
✅ Provide documentation & testing reports
✨ Bonus Skills (Preferred, but Not Required):
⭐ Experience in polymer testing & material degradation
⭐ Knowledge of sensor-based failure detection
⭐ Ability to create a proof-of-concept prototype
? Budget & Timeline:
? Competitive project-based payment (negotiable based on expertise)
? Timeline: Open to discussion, but we seek efficient delivery
? Why Work With Us?
? Unique opportunity to work on an innovative failure-testing instrument
? Contribute to advancements in material testing & quality control
? Freedom to bring in your creativity & engineering expertise
? Ready to Apply?
If you’re excited about this challenge, send us your proposal! Please include:
✔ Your relevant experience
✔ Examples of past projects
✔ Your approach & estimated timeline
We look forward to collaborating with you! ?
