Electronics Project; sensors & control system for interactive games, like crazy golf

I have an urgent need for an electronics project to be completed as soon as possible. Applicants need to be based in the UK to fix any potential implementation problems if they arise.
We're in the process of launching a new leisure concept. The closest thing to compare it to is a cross between crazy golf and tenpin bowling. We would need an NDA signing before we can go into detail on what the concept is.
There will be 6 games that make up the course (like a 6 hole crazy golf course) and each game needs sensors to track a ball, i.e.it rolls over a certain position and you get points, goes through a hole and you get points or hits a target and gets points. You will need to recommend the sensors to use (radar sensors/break beam, capacitive sensor or something else etc), design the wiring diagram with a control system. Beyond this there will be a piece of local software to record the scores against customers in a database. Ideally you would code this as well or recommend another freelancer to work along side.
