Electronic engineering

I have a cnc router which i bought recently. So it worked for one day then it stop and hand control freeze even i switch on and off many times. I'm not sure if it's power / electrical issue or motherboard issue.
Need someone who is experienced and can detect the problem. Someone who can detect the problem first then fixing it after that. Rates will be on hour rate. Most importantly is someone knows what he's doing and have previous work experience.
