Electrical water cooler

Looking for an experienced electrical engineer to design and build a 5-gallon capacity water cooler with temperature control. The water cooler should be freestanding and easy to install. Ideal skills and experience include:
- Electrical engineering experience
- Experience designing and building water coolers with temperature control
- Knowledge of energy efficiency and filtration systems
