Electrical switchboard Iec 61439

I am looking for an expert who can design and build an electrical switchboard to IEC 61439 that has a low voltage rating of up to 1000V and a low load capacity of up to 100A that will be used for power distribution. The switchboard needs to meet the necessary safety standards set forth by IEC 61439 and all applicable technical requirements. It should also be manufactured using the highest quality components to ensure long lasting performance. The freelancer I choose should have extensive experience in the designing and building of switchboards, as well as a strong understanding of power engineering principles and international standards. They need to be able to produce the switchboard within the specified timeframe and be able to provide detailed schematics showing the electrical diagrams and layout of the system.
