Electrical plans

I am looking for someone to create electrical plans for a residential project. It is for a new single family home and I'm not sure if I need commentary about the plans to be included. However, I am certain that I do not need an itemized list of materials. If possible, I would also appreciate if the person completing the project could provide examples of their previous work.
