Electrical layout
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am looking for an experienced electrical layout designer with expertise in commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have knowledge and skills in flush-mounted installations and lighting design.
The project involves creating an electrical switches, plugs and power points for a hotel room and corridor and lobby, with a focus on points positions to be handed over to the builder contractor.
Points Requirement:
ROOM
1. Keycard whick controls all power inside the room. Inside the door at a height of 4.5'
2. TV Plug 1, tata Sky Plug 1,
3. Study table- Plug 1, Charging point Plug 1, USB point 1
4. Fridge Point -1,
5. Bedside Side Table Charging Points -2
6. Side Table Light Points 2
7. Ceiling Point a-1 Above the TV
8. Ceiling point b – 1 Entrance door side. In the middle (7 and 8 only one switch 2 way near entrance and 2nd near bedside)
9. Fan Point
10. Floor Night Lamp – Below the Keycard
11. Floor Lamp Point in the room corner. On the bathroom side
12. Intercom Point on study table with cabling
BATH ROOM
1. False Ceiling light Point above the Wash basin -1- switch inside door
2. Mirror Wall Point diagonally above Wash basin
3. Plug Point 2 feet above wash basin
4. Geyser Point at 8’
CORRIDOR
1. UPS Power Points for Routers – 3 equidistant
2. UPS – 1 Power point in middle
3. Ceiling Lights – one each in between pillars
LOBBY
1. Computers, printer, plug points on Lobby Table
2. Other lightings
Key requirements for the job include:
- Expertise in commercial electrical layout design
- Proficiency in flush-mounted installation methods
- Strong knowledge and experience in lighting design for commercial spaces
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven track record in designing electrical layouts for commercial projects
- Experience in working with flush-mounted installations
- Sound understanding of lighting design principles for commercial spaces
