Electrical design engineer

Hello Freelancers, I am looking for an experienced electrical design engineer to help with a project I have. Specifically, I need assistance with control systems design and layout drawings for several buildings to RIBA Stage 3. I have existing floorplans but am requiring a whole new system. I'm hoping to have the electrical design completed within the next month. The designs must be to BS7671 UK standards.
