2, Check the timer box inside wire. Input power cord brown should be wired to the timer L, the relay coil brown need to connect the Timer NO.
3, If its wire connected wrong, re-wire it. Use clamps to make terminal openings smaller and make assembly tighter. Then packaging.
6798pcs ballasts need to be checked.
select capacitor diameter less than 28mm ballast, Add silicone thermal pads on it.
If the ballast with big capacitor, Ignore it.
Assembly the cover and packaging it.
