Electrical automation engineer help

We are making a cabinet for perfumes with cooling, humidity control and low heat LED lights that you can change lights on maybe also a logo with lights under it. We are in need of an electrical automation engineer or someone that has the knowledge of such components to help us determine which ones will be the best for this project and how to incorporate them.
