Electrical Schematics for an Auditorium

I am in need of an experienced electrical engineer to generate detailed schematics for my medium-sized auditorium that seats between 100 and 500 individuals. The schematics must include power distribution ( including distribution panels, changeover, and any other details necessary), lighting system, lightening arrestor ...etc. Ideal candidates will have experience designing similar systems and possess a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles. Along with the auditorium: two rooms behind the stage, one service room at the entrance, three management rooms.
It's very very urgent.
